After being gently serenaded to sleep by the dulcet tones of Jessie's snoring, we finally fell asleep, to awake to a ridiculously exciting day!!! Disneyland!

There's really no point in my telling of Disney Day. So, I'll hand over to the kids....

SYDNEY

OMG ITS FINALLY THE DAY!!!

I leaped out of bed with excitement, ready for what ever challenges were thrown at us.

We left the hotel and walked/skipped to the patisserie where we got breakfast. I got a apple pastry thing, it was DELICIOUS!!!!

Then we got a cab to.... ⭐⭐DISNEY LAND⭐⭐

When we got there I was OVERFLOWING with excitement!

Once the lady scanned the tickets we were off.

We headed in a random direction and ended up at the Buzz Lightyear ride! We sat in some rollercoaster seats as we moved along a track, spinning and shooting aliens with our laser guns!

After we went on another close by ride, the Star Wars space tours. We entered the space ship and took our seats with our 3d glasses and went on a space mission with c3po (if u even know who he is). It was a super fun ride with lots to look at.

A bit of wandering and then we were at our next ride. Its called the It's a Small World ride, where you take a slow boat ride in tunnels and look at dolls and decorations from all around the world. Us Aussies felt a bit underwhelmed with what they did for Australia. A kangaroo, 2 Aussie dolls and a koala doll was all. At least that's more than New Zealand got with a piddly little 2 kiwis and a Maori doll.

After the long ride we went on a little medium paced train that mum skipped out on because she was worried she would feel sick. Fair enough.

Finally it was about lunchtime and we were starving! We started walking in another random direction knowing we would run into something eventually. But on the way we ran into 2 characters who were irresistible for Jessie not to take photos with. So we waited in that line for about 40 minutes, to in the end get a good chat and photo with the Mad Hatter and Alice from Alice in Wonderland.

***Syd would finish this recount if she could, but the rocking of the speed train we're currently on has overcome her, and she's drifted off. Hopefully she'll be back! But no promises.

JOHNNY

Yesterday we went to Disneyland, this was a huge highlight of our trip as it is regarded to many as 'MAGESTICAL'. Although we went on about a dozen rides, there were a couple that stood out from the rest. E.g...

Star Tours, this was a magical adventure through the Star Wars universe, travelling from planet to planet in a spaceship guided by c3po. This was accomplished by strapping ourselves into a rotating container with a 3d screen at the front to immerse the viewer in the atmosphere of the Star Wars universe. This was amazing with different stories every time, Dad and I went through it 3 times and got a different plot line each time. This experience was very enjoyable and is definitely worth the extremely short wait.

JESSIE

Hey it's Jessie.

Yesterday we went to Disneyland.

People say it is the most magical place on earth and don't get me wrong I had my doubts, but it exceeded my expectations a million percent. You can't even explain the pure happiness and worry free feeling that Disneyland gives you. I had the pleasure to meet the one and only Mad Hatter and Alice from Wonderland. They were such a joy to talk to and made you feel super welcome and a part of their stories.

We also saw the incredible parades down the main street. All the characters came out and danced and sung for us backed with super inspiring music.

After a few amazing hours of walking and doing rides, we went and got sparkly blue Mickey ears. It was the cherry on top of the delicious ice-cream that was Disneyland Paris.

As the night came to an end with sore legs, but hearts full of joy, we watched the incredible light show that lit up the castle in the middle of the park. It truly was magical, lights and fireworks flooded the air.

I really struggled to leave, as this was the most amazing day of my life, and I can't wait until I can come back.

This experience was truly magical and I will never forget the feeling and spark that Disney lit in my heart and soul.

Aaannnd, it's back to me. Lol. Took us ages to get home. As expected the volume of people trying to get out at the same time was huge. But eventually, we got an Uber, and were snuggly home in our beds, for an all far too short sleep before our next adventures.
